Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Any cancellations or rescheduling must be at least 24 hours or more in advance. Any changes within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee.
Listing Preparation Policy: - Clients are required to have the property ready for the photographer's scheduled arrival. - The job of the photographer is only to acquire the products/services needed to complete the order form that has been scheduled for them. - It is the client's responsibility to stage the property, arrange furniture, remove unwanted clutter, and anything else outside of the photographer's scheduled work.
2D Floor Plan Policy: - The floor plan for the base package is given as a free addition, but is not guaranteed. If there is any reason we are unable to create or provide the floor plan, we are under no obligation to provide it. - The floor plan is for illustrative purposes and may not be 100% accurate. It is not our responsibility to make any corrections for missing areas, inaccurate measurements, or any other errors that may occur.
Drone Photography Policy: - Drone photography will not be done if the property is located in a no fly zone. - Drone photography will not be done if weather conditions, including but not limited to, high winds or rain, prevent safe flying conditions.
